It's the dog days of summer and holy moly it's been hot! I have not been happy being inside, but there are lots of ways to spend our time cooling off.
Like coloring at my table in the air conditioning. Mom found this coloring set and the markers only color on the special paper. Boy is she lucky!

and in front of our house.
I like to take lots of wagon rides too and then when we get back to the house I just want to hang out and play in it.
We've made a couple trips to the splash park with Jordyn.
Now mommy just needs to remember to bring my toys the next time we go.
Luckily there were other nice mommies who didn't mind if we played with the watering can.
I helped daddy put together his new edger.
I drove around town.
And get a little upset when I'm not allowed to have something or mommy is cooking and can't pick me up or I can't go outside at the exact moment I want to or I have to get a diaper change or I have to get dressed or.......
Then a little trip to the swing cheers me up!
Look! It's a bird! Or a dog! Or an airplane! Or a lady on her bike! Whatever the reason I have to look and usually wave now rather than point.
